SAUCES AND MARINADES

Marvelous Marinade

1 1/2 cps salad oil
3/4 cp soy sauce
1/4 cp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp dry mustard (regular is okay)
1 tsp salt - optional
1/2 cp wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
4 crushed garlic cloves

This is great for London Broil - 1 to 1 1/2 in thick. Not as good if too thick.

I like to put frozen meat in large Ziplock bag & marinate 48 hours, turning bag over every 12 hours.
BBQ Marinade

2 small bottles Kraft Hot B-B-Q Sauce

1 quart (32 oz) Kraft Salad Dressing or Mayonnaise
1 quart (32)oz. Lemon juice
1 10 oz. bottle of worchestershire sauce
1 small (5 oz) bottle Heinz 57 Sauce
1 28 oz. bottle of Catsup
1 small (8 oz.) jar of mustard
 
Mix all ingredients together and stir well, or use mixer on slow speed and blend together adding one ingredient at the time.  This sauce can be used on pork, poultry or beef.  It can be refrigerated for up to six weeks.
