Shrimp Ramen Stir-fry
Submitted by SSJ
2  3 oz pkgs of Ramen Noodles (Shrimp or    Oriental flavor preferred)
1  8 oz package pre-cooked Salad Shrimp
4  tbsp Olive Oil
3  heaping tbsp Kraft Parm Plus! Italian Topping (Red Pepper Flavor)

Note: best prepared in non-stick skillet

Add water, noodles, and seasoning (enclosed with noodles). Boil noodles until tender, then drain noodles.

Coat bottom of skillet with olive oil. When skillet is hot, place cooked noodles onto skillet and stir-fry for approximately one minute. Add shrimp and topping. Stir-fry another 30 seconds. Makes 2 servings.

Those that need to reduce their sodium can just eliminate the ramen seasoning enclosed with the noodles.

Kraft Parm Plus is a zesty-flavored parmesan cheese topping. If you are unable to handle the slight spiciness of the red-pepper flavor, ordinary parmesan cheese can be substituted.
